Our Co-Founder and COO Joe Dargie has been a native of Boston his whole life. Joe has been fascinated by mechatronics since he was a child.  People often told his parents there isn’t anything he can’t do. It was clear that his passions would be his career direction.

Joe obtained a BS in mechatronics at Northeastern University along with CQE, CPIM, CQA, Six Sigma Instructor, and LEAN certifications.

Joe has held roles in Engineering, Quality, Supplier Development, Operations, New Customer Introduction, and Business Development. Joe was fortunate to gain experience in life sciences early in his career but it was working at Northrop Grumman that was the stronghold of his career. Northrop Grumman was a completely vertically integrated OEM of Navigation Systems and Sensors and where Joe managed products from machining and winding miniature coils to fluid filling, integration, harnessing, environmental testing, and full DPA, SEM, and FTIR analysis.

Joe went on to work in the semiconductor industrial equipment industry, then in the contract manufacturing industry where he was instrumental in launching regional sites and establishing operational capabilities.

People became equally fascinating to Joe. Leading organizations, establishing supply lines and service offerings and leading customer onboarding became his focus. Joe enjoyed providing high value customer solutions and was instrumental in developing customer confidence with tailored industrial solutions to achieve market value.

It is understandable that with his skills and following his passions that Joe has developed a large industrial network of companies throughout Canada and the continental US that deliver high value solutions. Joe helps customers from large OEM’s to virtual companies and start ups define their needs, and establish high value operations and supply chains to get products to market and keep them there.
